    Submit the required first month’s rent and security deposit as the final application step, following management’s approved payment instructions.

    After payment is confirmed, receive your tenant-signed lease PDF and next-step instructions by email. The final copy follows management’s remaining signing and notarization steps.

How do I apply for a Suite?

Contact us first to discuss availability and agree on the details. We will then send a personalized Hines Building Lease Application link.

How much is the security deposit?

The standard security deposit equals one month of your agreed Suite rent. Optional parking does not increase the Suite deposit.

What do I pay when completing the application?

The first month’s rent and security deposit, plus any separately approved optional parking charges. Management confirms the payment instructions with your invitation.

Can I choose my start date?

Discuss your preferred date with management. Your application will show the agreed commencement date or management-approved date choices.

Can I rent a parking space too?

Monthly parking may be available at Central Huntington Garage. Discuss it during the leasing call or indicate interest in your application. Parking has separate approval, availability, charges, and terms.

When will I receive my lease?

After successful payment is confirmed, management provides the populated tenant-signed lease by email. The final completed copy follows management’s remaining signing and notarization steps. Payment does not itself complete those steps or authorize occupancy.

When is monthly rent due, and what is the lease term?

Rent is due monthly on the anniversary of your agreed commencement date. The Hines lease is month-to-month and requires at least 30 days’ written termination notice. Your signed lease sets out the full terms.

What about utilities?

The supplied Hines lease includes utilities except phone, internet, cable, and other services separately contracted for by the tenant, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confirm the terms for your Suite with management.

Opened in 1927, the Hines Building brought business Suites, storefronts, and parking together in downtown Huntington. Its red-brick façade and historic details remain part of the city’s familiar streetscape.

Today, the property brings Suites and Central Huntington Garage together at the home of Jim’s Steak & Spaghetti House, a Huntington tradition since 1938.
