TCS Properties Inc. owns Central Huntington Garage. This notice describes information we handle through the garage website, registration and payment links, customer communications, and garage operations. Separate providers such as Jotform and Square also process information under their own privacy notices when you use their services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, information may include your name, email address, phone number, vehicle description, license plate, assigned space, registration or payment reference, invoices, messages and attachments, and identification details or documents requested in the secure monthly registration form. Event checkout may collect event and vehicle information. We may receive transaction status and receipt details from payment providers, but the website does not store full card numbers.
Website hosting may process IP address, device and browser details, page requests, and security or diagnostic logs. At the garage, cameras and access systems may record images, vehicles, license plates, entry and exit events, and credential use.

We may use your information to:

- Communicate about hourly, daily, or monthly parking
- Manage customer requests
- Provide updates about garage access, pricing, hours, or availability

3. Parking, Vehicle, and Access Records
We use registration, vehicle, space, payment-status, and access information to evaluate availability, assign and manage parking, provide credentials, administer subscriptions, verify authorized use, respond to incidents, and enforce posted rules and signed agreements. Identification documents submitted for verification should be provided only through the designated secure registration form, not ordinary email or social messages.
4. Facility Cameras and Monitoring
Security cameras operate on or around the garage for safety, security, incident review, and parking operations. They may capture a person, vehicle, license plate, location, and time. Our current system generally keeps footage for up to about one month before it is overwritten or deleted; footage preserved for an incident, dispute, or legal request may be kept longer. Coverage and recording are not continuous in every area and do not guarantee prevention of loss or injury.
5. Registration and Payments
The new parker registration link opens a Jotform form that collects the information requested there, including identification and vehicle details, and handles the initial payment workflow. General parking and event payments use Square links. Those providers process information under their own notices: Jotform Privacy Policy and Square Privacy Notice. We receive the records needed to confirm registration, payment, and service. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.
6. When We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information as needed with our website host, Jotform, Square, parking-account and access providers, communications and email services, security and maintenance providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to respond to a lawful request, protect safety or property, investigate misuse, or resolve a claim. Information submitted directly to WhatsApp, social media, maps, or other linked services is also subject to those services’ own notices.
7. Website Technology and External Links
The redesigned website uses hosting and security services that may create operational logs and essential technical storage. It also requests fonts from Google. We have not added advertising pixels or a marketing analytics script to this redesigned website. Linked services, including Jotform, Square, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, may use their own cookies or similar technologies after you open them. We will update this notice if our own website tracking changes.
8. Social Media and Third-Party Links
Our website may link to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, maps, payment portals, or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of those third-party platforms.
Information you submit through Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other platforms may also be governed by those companies’ privacy policies.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to records needed for garage operations. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect a problem with your account or information, contact us promptly. We will respond to incidents and provide notices when applicable law requires.
10. Your Requests and Choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information we hold, or to change communication preferences. We will review requests and respond as applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations allow. 11. Record Retention
We retain parking and account records for operational, billing, incident, and legal needs. Our camera system generally retains footage for up to about one month before overwriting or deleting it, unless footage is preserved for a specific incident, dispute, or legal request. Uploaded identification documents are stored with our registration records on our server. We do not routinely review them, but may access them when verification, an incident, or a legal need arises. We do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period for uploaded IDs. Contact us if you want to ask about or request deletion of an ID document; we will review the request in light of our operational and legal obligations.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website and parking services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Updates to This Notice
We may revise this notice to reflect changes in our services, vendors, or handling practices. We will post a new date and give additional notice where required. A revised notice applies prospectively; it does not by itself authorize a new use of information previously collected when separate notice or consent is required.
